Using AI in Your Business

A woman with glasses, working on a green laptop at a desk, with an open notebook beside her.

With the rise of ChatGPT, the use of Artificial Intelligence has entered THE chat. It’s time to start discussing the use of AI and how it can support you in certain areas of your business.

It seems like there’s an equal split between people who are looking forward to the advances of technology, and those who are terrified of it…which are both very valid feelings! But there’s no need to be scared! Because it can actually really help you streamline your systems and processes.

Check out a few ways that you can use AI to support your business:

  • Pull events out of large emails and putting into a file to upload to a calendar
  • Create prompts for social media, blog posts, videos, etc.
  • Create Excel formulas and exporting documents
  • Create company employee manuals, contracts, and processes
  • Create personal journal prompts
  • Create worksheets from brain dumps and transcripts
  • Giving it documents to improve and/or pull specific information out of

These are just a few ideas, but there are SO many more opportunities!

I personally love to use it for recipe ideas and journal prompts! Have you used ChatGPT for something in your personal or professional life? Maybe it’s time to start the discussion.

“Barrier Consulting has changed my business and my life. Evonne and her team keep my business goal-focused; moving projects faster toward success (and helping us look good doing it)! Everything they have helped with not only frees up my time and reduces stress but increases revenue too! My business would grow at snail speed without Barrier Consulting.”
