The Power of Staying Present Throughout Your Work Day

Do you pay attention to how you feel when you’re working? I know this may seem kind of hard, especially if you’re in the zone doing your project; but it’s actually quite an easy habit to get into, once you do. 

Staying present throughout your work day is powerful, because it gives you the opportunity to really feel if you’re happy with what you’re doing. Does the project you’re working on set your soul on fire? Do you feel passionately about what you are doing? 

BECAUSE YOU SHOULD.

There are plenty of people out there looking for you and your passion, so don’t fill up your time with something that is just paying the bills. Once you really start to narrow down what you enjoy doing within the virtual assistant industry, you can start to find and attract clients that are looking for what you’re selling. 

This is the beauty of finding your niche! Once you know, you can start learning to say no to things that don’t make you happy, to make room for the things that do. 

Next time you’re working on something, take note of how you feel. Is your first instinct to let out a huge sigh and tell yourself you really don’t want to do this? Or are you excited about it? 

Stay present this week, and see what feelings and inspirations pop up for you.
