We hope everyone’s 2024 is going great so far! We can’t get enough of this new year’s energy. Everyone is motivated and ready to crush their goals; and we’re here for it!

Often the New Year gets a lot of hate for the fact that people put all these resolutions in place, only to disregard them at the end of February; but what if instead of looking at these ‘resolutions’ as a goal to hit, we look at them as a lifestyle change? Or a healthier habit you’d like to introduce into your routine?
If we switch our perspective, it can make those resolution deadlines we’ve made for ourselves, a little less important and daunting. Why? Because instead of focusing on not being able to hit that deadline, we’re focused on what it is we’re actually trying to change and the enjoyment of it. In other words, we’re honoring the presence of the best version of ourselves to show up and shine through.
It’s also important to remember:
Change only happens when you step outside of your comfort zone; and oftentimes, those resolutions or habits we are seeking take the courage of embracing the unfamiliar (but feel SO rewarding when we finally take that step!)
