Getting Your Business Ready For Back to School Season

School’s back about to be back in session, is your business ready?

So many of us have clients with school age children, or perhaps you have a few yourself. This season can be hectic for a W2 employee, let alone a busy business owner!

Part of being a rockstar virtual assistant is intuitively showing up for your clients when you need them the most.

Now, this intuition doesn’t happen overnight and it definitely isn’t something you just magically know. Building this intuition takes consideration and thoughtful planning.

Get ahead of the situation and ask your client about the school season. Will their schedule be changing? Do they have additional family requirements during the work day, such as taking kids to school or picking them up? Does their ideal work week schedule need to change now that school is in session?

Open conversations are the bedrock of your engagement. They help you build a deeper understanding and knowledge of your client, which helps you better show up and serve them.

How do you like showing up for your clients during the school season?

“Barrier Consulting has changed my business and my life. Evonne and her team keep my business goal-focused; moving projects faster toward success (and helping us look good doing it)! Everything they have helped with not only frees up my time and reduces stress but increases revenue too! My business would grow at snail speed without Barrier Consulting.”

– Pam Harjo, Youth Scoreboards
