Get Organized Before School Starts

Two women smiling and working together at a desk with a laptop and notebook, exemplifying an organized and supportive environment.

It’s back to school season! Woohoo!

You’ve probably spent the majority of the last few weeks getting your kiddos prepared with a little back-to-school shopping for supplies, clothes, etc.

But have you been preparing for YOURSELF? Things are changing for you too, and it’s time to get organized within your business!

What exactly is there to do, you may be thinking? (Hey, maybe you need some new work supplies and clothes too!)

It all comes down to communicating with your team members about the new changes in your daily routines.

For example, what’s your schedule going to look like from now on? What days are you free and what days are you not? Do your team members know the right way to reach you for emergencies and non-emergencies?

Schedule a call with them to go over everything to make sure everyone is on the same page.

Are your systems and processes equipped for you to handle all these changes?

Make your adjustments where they’re needed, and don’t forget to carve out some time for YOU.

“Barrier Consulting has changed my business and my life. Evonne and her team keep my business goal-focused; moving projects faster toward success (and helping us look good doing it)! Everything they have helped with not only frees up my time and reduces stress but increases revenue too! My business would grow at snail speed without Barrier Consulting.”
