We can’t help but feel like time just keeps speeding up, making experiences that much more fleeting. Our team has had many experiences this year that felt wonderfully surreal, but one in particular stands out the most…all of the endless support we have received from YOU through 2023.
Without you, Barrier Consulting wouldn’t be celebrating this year’s wins because you are what makes them! You’ve not only become a part of our team, (and frankly, our hearts) but you’ve placed an important role in the growth of Barrier Consulting. So we just wanted to say thank you SO much. We are beyond grateful for your presence and energy!

The end of the year is the best time for reflection. In this fast-paced world we live in, it can be difficult to savor the special moments. That’s why end-of-the-year reflections are the best time to take a minute, look back, and celebrate all that you’ve accomplished.
We recommend grabbing your journal, and taking it month by month. Write January, February and so on in your journal and under each, write down what you’re most proud of from that month. For an extra little motivation, write down what you learned from that month too and how you can apply it to your new year.
You’ll be amazed by how powerful and inspirational this can be.
